Paraffin dispenser (Leica)

The UIH is equipped to process tissue samples and biopsies, from freezing and embedding in OCT or fixation and embedding in paraffin, through to the staining of sections on slides. Services offered: Sections of animal and plant tissues, preparation of biopsy blocks and small tissue samples. Staining of sections using antibodies from the Unit’s stock. Development of protocols for samples requiring special handling due to their delicate nature or complexity. Share on
