The instrument is available to all University staff, with priority (but not exclusivity) for Department of Chemistry, Life Sciences and Environmental Sustainability (SCVSA) members. Access is permitted as part of scientific collaborations, agreements with public or private entities, research contracts, or as a fee-based service. Authorized users include RTD staff, PhD students, research fellows, grant holders, and permanent Department staff, who may operate the instrument only after completing training provided by Qualified Technical Staff and under the supervision of the Instrument Supervisor. Each user must supply their own consumables (tubes, pipettes, solvents, etc.). The minimum booking time is 60 minutes, and usage is subject to a fee schedule.
