Project management toolkit for sustainability is a highly interdisciplinary program focused mainly to bachelor students in all fields of study interested in project management as a tool to address sustainability challenges in their regions.

Learning outcomes
The aim of this BiP is to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively develop projects that address sustainability challenges in the Eu Green Alliance regions.
In order to achieve this aim, by the end of this course, students will be able to:
● formulate innovative and interdisciplinary solutions to existent regional sustainability challenges
● effectively plan, execute, and manage projects across various domains, understanding the fundamental principles and methodologies of project management, including project lifecycle, scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and decision making.
● develop a well balanced project outline (objectives, activities, diagram, budget etc )
● critically analyze and apply the principles of sustainable development within various contexts. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their interconnections, and will be equipped to propose and evaluate strategies for achieving these goals at local, national, and global levels.
These learning outcomes are aligned with the EU Green graduate attribute framework and the organization of the BiP will be constructed on the EU Green educational principles.

The onsite part coveres all the 5 modules, having a strong emphasis on practical side of project management: case studies, study visitis and the development of student projects. Participants form student groups that during the onsite part develop projects on a given template, incorporating the sustianble business project canva.

The online training provided within this BiP will be organized using the Moodle platform hosted by University of Oradea during June 2025 following a timetable announced to all participants after the selection process. The training provided online will cover 4 out of the 5 modules, as follows: Module 1. Defining regional sustainable challenges, societal and enviromental change, political changes, new regulations (5 hours); Module 2. Strategic planning aligned with the SDGs (2 hours); Module 3. Project management concepts and tools (9 hours) and Modul 5. Communication and dissemination of the project (4 hours). The online part is hosted on University of Oradea's Moodle platform and includes - online lectures, recorded lectures, exercises, quizzes and more.

The assessment included a mix of individual and group assignements on the different modules taught during the online and onsite parts.
