BioUniversity

The project aims to document the biodiversity present within the areas affiliated with the universities that belong to the EU GREEN Alliance. This project adopts a participatory approach, typical of Citizen Science, which encourages collaboration between university researchers and citizen volunteers. Active community participation is essential for collecting data on local flora and fauna, contributing to a detailed picture of biodiversity on our university campuses. Through this initiative, the EU GREEN Alliance intends to promote environmental awareness and the conservation of natural resources, valuing the contributions of both the academic community (students, researchers, as well as administrative and technical staff) and the general public.
