Center for Data Integration (DIZ)

The core facility is service based. It offers three main services: 1st data analysis and preparation (processing of healthcare data, interoperability, integration of data sources, project specific data collections, operation of the data warehouse and associated interfaces); 2nd data transfer and governance (controlled and legally compliant data sharing, provision of interfaces for internal and external research requests, access management for authorized users, release of healthcare data, and provision of curated datasets via national research data platforms such as the FDPG); 3rd research data management support (consulting on grant applications, good scientific practice, FAIR principles and data management plans, training on FDM tools and standards, guidance on IT solutions for data storage, sharing and archiving, provision of secure data storage and virtual high-performance computing environments, delivery of SaaS research tools, support for digital consent processes including broad consent, and dedicated FDM staffing for large collaborative projects) Share on
