Microbrewery – Brewing research and development line with a 2 hl brewhouse and fermentation line.

The microbrewery is equipped with a fully automated machine park, covering the entire beer production process—from raw material preparation, through mashing, fermentation, and maturation, to bottling, keging and pasteurization. The line includes a three-vessel brewhouse with a capacity of 2 hl and four fermentation tanks with capacities of 2 hl and 4 hl.
