Thermal and crystallographic analysis. The CRISTAL platform is primarily dedicated to X-ray diffraction analysis of materials in single crystal, crystallized powder, or thin film form. It also includes thermal materials analysis, DSC, and TGA devices. It consists of two sub-stages: X-ray diffractometers RIGAKU SuperNova, with Cu microsource, Atlas S2 detector, and Cryostream 700+ cooling system (80-500 K) BRUKER KappaCCD with sealed Mo source, KappaCCD detector, and Cryostream 600 cooling system (80-400 K) BRUKER D8 Advance with sealed Cu source, Lynxeye detector, and Anton Paar TTK450 temperature chamber (100-723 K) Thermal analysis TA Instruments: ATG Q500 thermogravimetric analyzer (293-1273 K) NETZSCH: DSC Sirius 3500 Differential Scanning Calorimeter (233-873 K).
