IMAC

Cellular imaging. On the platform, it is possible to carry out classic histology techniques (fixation, inclusions, microtome sections, staining and image analysis, extemporaneous preparations with cryostat or vibratome sections), cytology (karyotype, in situ hybridization, etc.) and observation in optical, electronic (benchtop SEM) and photonic microscopy (epifluorescence microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy or spinning disk). Preparations for transmission electron microscopy are carried out in collaboration with the joint microscopy service of the University of Angers (SCIAM). Platform manager : Aurélia Rolland, aurelia.rolland@univ-angers.fr, Telephone number : +33 (0)241225662
