Description
This interdisciplinary study investigates the rising levels of climate-related anxiety and stress among young adults, especially university students. Through surveys, interviews, and intervention trials, the research team will identify psychological impacts and test resilience-building practices (mindfulness, peer support, eco-therapy). The final output will include a toolkit for university wellbeing services.
