This session will introduce the new reporting system for EU GREEN communication actions. Participants will be guided through the updated procedures for collecting and reporting communication and dissemination activities, with the aim of ensuring a more consistent, accurate and efficient monitoring process across the Alliance.

The session will also clarify the difference between communication and dissemination actions, providing practical examples and basic guidelines to support partners in identifying, classifying and reporting their activities correctly. Particular attention will be given to common reporting standards, the type of information to be collected, and the importance of documenting communication results for project monitoring and accountability purposes.

In addition, the session will present the approach for the final communication report and the intention to carry out a final evaluation of EU GREEN communication activities. This evaluation will help assess the impact, reach and effectiveness of the Alliance’s communication strategy, while identifying lessons learned and recommendations for future joint communication work.
