 The webinar will focus on discussing various aspects of mental health with
 in the LGBTQ+ community. During the webinar you will have the opportunity 
 to deepen your understanding of minority stress and various stressors spec
 ific to the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community. The presentation will als
 o cover actions that each of us can take to support the well-being of the 
 LGBTQ+ community. The session\, conducted in English\, will be led by Ms. 
 Julia Wołczańska\, a psychologist working at the Wrocław University of 
 Environmental and Life Sciences. Currently\, Ms. Wołczańska is also stud
 ying sexology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her main interests
  include sexology\, positive psychology\, and third-wave cognitive-behavio
 ral therapy. The event will take place online and is open to anyone intere
